The Moon and Summer

Just a quick thought for today. Whilst watching the openings to find screenshots for other theories, I noticed that Summer crumbles away in the same way that the moon does, and in the exact same shot. This reminded me of part of an older theory I had in which I noticed how the moon seems to be in different stages of destruction in the different trailers.

In the "Red" Trailer, it is entirely unbroken, whereas, in the "White" Trailer, it shows signs of being slightly chipped. Only in the last two trailers is it in the same state as is shown in the series.

From this, I decided that unless this was an continuity error, the moon must have been destroyed quite recently, and will have likely have been due to team STRQ, and be directly linked to Summer's death. However, it only begins to shatter after she has died, implying that STRQ may have occidentally released something that began to destroy the moon, and killed Summer. What was released was likely related to Raven's disappearance, meaning that Summer will have died whilst the remainder of STRQ attempted to track down Raven.

Even if this were not the case, the fact that the moon was destroyed so recently would mean that it is likely to be unrelated to the creation of Dust and/or Grimm.
